Phill Forostenko is an accredited Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Physiotherapist and also a member of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia group and the Sports Physiotherapy Australia group through the APA.

Phill holds a masters degree in physiotherapy as well as a bachelor degree in Sports Science and a bachelor degree in Exercise Science.

Phill has a keen interest in sporting injuries having himself competed at both a national and international level in hockey. Phill’s sporting background and education in exercise and sports science, allow Phill to provide quality exercise prescription to patients.

Phill also has a strong interest in the treatment of workplace related injuries, which are often in the form of back, shoulder and neck pain. Phill’s focus is to not only directly treat the injury, but to also work with the patient to develop appropriate strategies and exercises to help prevent reoccurrence of these injuries.

 

Garima Bharti

Physiotherapist

Garima has built experience as a physiotherapist in varying capacities and has a particularly strong interest in the treatment of sports related injuries and spinal injuries.

Garima has worked in a number of gyms and fitness centers over the years undertaking treatment focused on sports injury prevention and sports injury rehabilitation. Garima has also worked in a number of hospital "out-patient" centers undertaking general injury rehabilitation work.

Garima has a keen interest in the treatment of spinal injuries and is a certified practitioner of "McKenzie's Treatment Techniques", which are highly regarded techniques employed in the treatment of spinal pain. Garima also has invaluable experience in the treatment of chronic back and neck injuries and the development of appropriate strategies to prevent reoccurrence of these injuries.

 

Kaley Pickering

Massage Therapist

Kaley is a qualified massage therapist, being a graduate of Australian Institute of Massage and a current member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

Kaley has a strong interest in both remedial and sports based massage, having played touch football at both club and State level. Kaley is highly proficient in sports massage techniques (both pre and post sport) and the treatment of sporting related injuries, which Kaley has found are often related to acute muscle tightness which has simply been left untreated.

Kaley's massage treatment techniques include deep tissue massage and trigger pointing for deep muscle tightness, and lighter massage for more superficial muscle tightness. Kaley has also developed techniques to effectively treat tension headaches, often brought on by neck and shoulder muscle tightness.

Kaley is not only skilled in performing remedial and sports based massage but can also perform relaxation massage techniques for the more sensitive person and for those wanting to simply relax and rid themselves of unwanted tension. You will be amazed!
